Show Irregularities:  Late start this evening due to waiting for patrons to get seated and settled.  House was not cleaned from Friday nights show; Melissa cleaned up in house  Dave (drummer) out; sub in. No congas used for Janis Ian number. Had an error message pop up on light board monitor (see lighting notes) during Act I Band came unplugged during Act I by crew; plugged right in and redeemed sound Found gold band in house. Left in lobby office with a note and my number, name. Summary: Warm ups / Vocal warm ups Mic Check Full house!!! Way to go everyone!!! Great audience too!!!
KIT USAGE: Cast:   Great job ladies!! It's always nice to have a full house and see the energy of the crowd bounce off everyone! Next Sunday, October 16th there are plans for a Cast party at Timecas place. Save the Date!!! RESPOND to this email if you plan on going. I need a heady count to figure out food logistics. Call time for Sundays will be 12:15pm (unless otherwise noted) –  get as ready as you can before a physical and vocal warmup that will begin on stage at 12:30pm / SHOW at 2pm

Dance : ran through and reviewed "Proud Mary" at warm up.
Sound/FX:   Trumpet and saxophone shield fell down before Act II. Will need to remount back for Sunday show. Spare Cable Count-  Battery Status – need batteries for last weekend of show, please!!!!! Mic Tape – Lights -had an error pop up on lighting monitor during Act I at "Beat Goes On". Error read "The instruction at 0x0040232b referenced memory at 0x007b1044. The memory could not be "read". Click ok to terminate program".  Phoned ETC on call support. Operator recommended to not push "OK" or house lights would go out. Called after show ended and all operators were not available until Monday at 8am according to the recording. Waited to push "OK" as house was clear and nothing happened to cues.
