Cast: I want to get feedback on what is working and what is not for dressing area (in shed) and in wings, please. I keep hearing mixed results on what works and doesn't. You are responsible for pre-setting as much as you can prior to "places" which is 5 minutes til "GO". Let Melita and Nikki (costumers) know what and if they can help you with. They are here to help but also have to make sure they help the other ladies out as well. No make up required tomorrow for a stop/start rehearsal with band, crew, lights, sound, etc. If at any point you notice any safety issues or concerns please bring it to my attention and/or Sherman immediately so we can address the issue. We want everyone to be and feel safe. |
Crew Melita/Nikki, what ya need besides a song list? Need a spotlight #2. Call time for ALL crew is 6:30pm. Thank you for sweeping the stage. Please follow the sweep/mop schedule Sherman has posted. We will start and stop in rehearsal tomorrow so please be patient. I want to be able to get you in the house, if you are not running a track, to see the show in between, if possible. I will leave it up to Sherman to see if this can work. Rich, when can we see multimedia? Melissa completed a safety walk through before rehearsal. |
Next Rehearsal: Tuesday Sept 20th on Palace Stage with band, crew, lights, sound, and Danny. At 6:30pm please be on stage. We need to briefly go over microphone handling and sound with Sam before we start a run through. |
