CAST: please be on stage no later than 6:30pm.  We need to begin with a physical warm up then vocal warmup at 6:30pm.  Mic check to follow at 6:45pm. 

Run through will begin at 8:00pm.

General: Ladies got ready and pre-set for run through with costumes, wigs, changes, etc Reviewed, changed few blocking for few numbers, adjust spacing, and set blocking 8:32 Run start time for Act I (approximately 1 hour & 15 mins with start/stop)  9:47 Run start time for Act II New costumer, Telisa, was added and helped IMMENSELY w costume/wigs

Cast: Wow!!!! You ladies are wonderful! Everything looks great! We have a fantastic show to present tomorrow.   Keep in mind that tomorrow is another night to make adjustments and have a chance to rehearse, run, and set things for our opening night on Friday.  Treat tomorrow as another rehearsal.  This night is for tech, video, sound, band, you, and most importantly to get another run through in.   BE ON STAGE at 6:30pm or earlier.  We begin with vocal warm ups, physical warm ups, and mic check at 6:45pm. 8:00pm run through start time!!! No compromise on this start time.  The only exception would be if we go earlier than 8:00pm.

Crew THANK YOU Melita, Nikki, and Telisa.  Welcome aboard, Telisa. Your help is much appreciated.  Thank you for your work tonight. We are working out minor timing and your focus is noticed and appreciated.  Melissa completed a safety walk through before rehearsal.

Next Rehearsal: Thursday Sept 22nd  on Palace Stage with band, crew, lights, sound, and Danny.  At 6:30pm please be on stage for physical and vocal warmups.  We also need to do a mich check at 6:45pm.  We need to briefly log over notes and review/run anything we needl to before an 8:00 FIRM run through time.

Accidents/Injuries: Jennifer hit arm at railing in SL; Sherman checked on Jennifer right after it happened and reported no issue.

Costumes: Add more padding to Annette shirt for enhanced chest look.

Facility Maintenance:  SR black curtain needs to be sewn. Has been repaired in the same spot but fabric is hanging.

Set: Sound cables going to platform need to be secured on to platform to give stress relief to cables when platform is moved upstage. (per Sam) - please call Sam with any questions, Michael. Drummer foam needs to be SR backstage of platform; 2 tape marks now for placement of foam.  Call Sam.

Props: Need: Melissa to bring in bag of popcorn to use for Leslie Gore scene (Timeca) Paint: THANK YOU, BARB!

Vocal:  Sound:  thank you for curtain speech and recordings.  All sound awesome! Need rechargeable batteries for crew headset, please.
