Beehive rehearsal report 09.20

Call time is 6:30pm and we begin onstage with notes with Danny and run/review any numbers before a 8:00pm Run through start time!!

Ladies got ready and pre-set for run through with costumes, wigs, changes, etc
Reviewed, changed few blocking for few numbers, adjust spacing, and set blocking
8:30 Run start time for Act I (approximately 1 hour & 15 mins with start/stop) 
9:55 Run start time for Act II
Crew was present/ first night running light cues and spot #2 cues
Cast:
You're amazing and your hard work DOES show.  Please keep up the good and positive energy despite the stressors you are dealing with including technical aspects and with any changes.  We all feed off of each others energy and were half way to our preview night and Id like to get there in one Peace.....also, Invite family and friends for Thursdays preview night.  Show at 7:30pm. Free!!!!

Wednesdays rehearsal begins at 6:30pm.  Meet on stage for notes with Danny and review any numbers he would like to see.
8:00pm run through start time!!!
If at any point you notice any safety issues or concerns please bring it to my attention and/or Sherman immediately so we can address the issue. We want everyone to be and feel safe.

Need a spotlight #2 for Act I; Act II Mutz is coming down from fly rail to operate spot #1.

Spike trunk and garage mic stand.

Rich, we need videos to be trimmed to not include black frame. Need to look at British Invasion video.  Also may need to extend time on all videos so that it can play as long as band is playing tune.

Melissa completed a safety walk through before rehearsal.
Next Rehearsal:
Wednesday Sept 21st  on Palace Stage with band, crew, lights, sound, and Danny. 
At 6:30pm please be on stage. We need to briefly log over notes and review/run anything we need to before an 8:00 FIRM run through time.

Costumes:
see Jennifer's closer dress (green), beading has come off.
Facility Maintenance:  
Set: Sound cables going to platform need to be secured on to platform to give stress relief to cables when platform is moved upstage. (per Sam)

Need to secure ALL ornaments and Xmas tree to bedroom platform.  Ornaments were knocked off and because it is glass, glass was left onstage.
Props:
Need: Melissa to bring in bag of popcorn to use for Leslie Gore scene (Timeca)

Paint:
THANK YOU, BARB!
Lighting/Fx:  some blocking has changed for Tina Turner and Age of Aquarius; tried my best to notate all changes as run through went along.

Sound: 
Thank you for your coordination on live mics used during show and figuring out when/where these mics can live/move.
Dance : can we look and consider doing Timecas dialogue before curtain call/bows? Thank you!
