General:

Cast called in at 7:00pm and completed costume fittings

Began with physical warm ups & vocal warm ups

8:02pm Run start time for Act I (approximately 1 hour & 15 mins with start/stop) 

9:18pm Run start time for Act II to end of "Age of Aquarius"

Cast:

Thank you for bringing in your underoos to complete costume fittings.   Costumes & wigs look great on you! 


Holy Snikees, we almost got through the WHOLE show!!!! Great work, ladies!!


I will be out Thursday evening but back with you Friday evening.  Sherman will be taking notes and running rehearsal with Rocker & Lannie.  

Saturday we have tech rehearsal!! 


If at any point you notice any safety issues or concerns please bring it to my attention and/or Sherman immediately so we can address the issue. We want everyone to be and feel safe.


Crew

We will DS black wings/teasers to cover flats.

Hell Board 1.0 has complete.

Next Rehearsal:

Thursday, Sept 15th  on Palace Stage from 7-10pm; Run through as much as we can of show @8:00pm

Friday, 
Katrina will be in after 8:00pm on Thursday.

Accidents/Injuries: ice compress and ibuprofen for Naomi (shoulder spasm); triggered during "Frankie Is My Guy".

Costume:  ladies were fitted today with Mary Ellen & Tamar from 7:00-8:00pm.

Facility Maintenance:  

Set: Spiked where bed should be on pink flat with green spike.


Baton changes: cyc on baton #2, Jukebox on baton #3, legs (black) on baton #5

Props:

Need: clear top stick for handkerchief bit in Act I, fake gold Coin to be put in jukebox, scarves for Janis Joplin mic


Paint:

Is there a painted coin slot on Jukebox on SL ? If jot, need to add. At top of show, actress puts in prop coin.

Lighting/FX: Ron indicated to take fog machine under stage up to fly rail.

Vocal: Sam, I need your help with finding 6 mics to use for show (as props).  Also, will need 2 handhelds for Sam & Katrina to use with audience members during Name Game (Act I). Audience members sing in mics with Sam and Katrina.

Dance : Rocker, can we look at the entrance for Sam & Jenn for Beehive? Jenn is exiting SL at "Where The Boys Are" and back on after a quick change for Beehive on SR enhance.

Band: Any luck on congas for Dave?
