We are called at 5:30pm on stage for notes and to fix anything Danny would like to fix/run.  6:30pm sound check with Sam and Callie/6:45 vocal warm up with Lannie/7:00 house open/7:30 Show start


Also, don't forget OPENING NIGHT PARTY!!! 


If at any point you notice any safety issues or concerns please bring it to my attention and/or Sherman immediately so we can address the issue. We want everyone to be and feel safe.

Opening night tomorrow! Sept 23rd; crew called at 6:00pm; Cast called at 5:30pm; physical warmups at 5:30 and 6:30 mic check followed by vocal warms at 6:45.  HOUSE opens at 7:00/ SHOW at 7:30

Accidents/Injuries: 

Costume: Katrina finale dress, check back zipper; Sound Sam has requested Sam Watsons earrings for Janis Ian is interfering with microphone during Janis Ian solo.

Sound:  


Set: fixed conga stand to accommodate conga player/ wheels on congas make a lot of noise when pushed out.


Props:  3 lightweight hankies.. Thank you Ismael and Tamar for all our props!


Lighting/FX: going over notes nd additional cues tomorrow with Amanda
